OLAN Glass Beads not only manufactures and exports glass beads for the customers, but also manufactures and exports glass beads furnaces and equipments for the customers. General speaking, the annual capacity of glass beads furnace is min. 6000tons per year. and our furnace can produce glass beads for road marking and sandblasting, with size range from 1 to 1000um, with Index of refraction from 1.5 to 1.7RI. the raw material is recycled glass (Soda Lime Glass). At present, we have exported our glass beads equipments for Korea, Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan，Saudi Arabia，Russia, etc.

OLAN ULTRAFINE SOLID GLASS BEADS MC-05
OLAN Ultrafine Solid Glass Beads are Ultra fine size, solid, uncoated transparent glass beads used as a filler. The average diameter of particle size is 3microns, and top size is 5-10microns. They have smooth surface with roundness of min. 90%, and whiteness of 88 -100. They are like white powder by visual inspection. They have the features of perfect scratch and abrasion resistance, high compressive strength, improving fluidity and ease of application in different applications due to their shape like polyester coating. They can be also available with or without surface treatment. They perform better integration into various systems of resins, polymers and binders. Olan Ultrafine Solid Glass Beads are suitable for wood coatings (sealers) and varnishes with shelf life of 24 months.
