Application
- Concrete aggregate additive: applied to high-rise buildings and bridge engineering by enhancing the fluidity, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete. For example, its uniform particle distribution can reduce casting voids, and its hardness characteristics (Mohs hardness 6-7) enhance compressive strength.
- Fireproof and anti slip materials: used for filling fireproof isolation layers and anti slip ground aggregates to improve building safety performance.
- Surface treatment and mold cleaning:
- Sandblasting treatment: removes the oxide layer and rust on metal workpieces, improves surface adhesion, and is also used for matte effect treatment of stainless steel and aluminum products.
- Mold reinforcement: increase the friction coefficient and wear resistance of the mold surface, and extend its service life.
- Decoration and Craft Production：By using sandblasting technology to process glass crafts (such as vases and lampshades), a matte or etched effect can be created to enhance their artistic value.
- Other industrial applications： Used in semiconductor manufacturing for etching and impurity removal of silicon chips, surface treatment of medical devices, etc.
